Kineton

4 Bedroom Cottage – sleeps up to 8 plus cot

Kineton is our “upside-down” house with its spacious living accommodation (with high ceilings and beautiful views across the fields) on the first floor, and bedrooms on the ground floor.

The flow of Kineton is great, with a cosy lounge (complete with vaulted ceiling and views you won’t be able to stop “viewing”). It has a well equipped kitchen, separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, upstairs loo and spacious dining room. It’s the perfect space for a large family or group of friends to base themselves for their holiday in South Devon.

There are two double bedrooms (one with a new en-suite (2022) with space for a cot) and two twin-bedrooms (one of which is zip-and-link so can be converted to a double) plus a newly installed (2022) family bathroom.Kineton is rated “Four Star Gold” by Visit England.

Guests have full use of all of the Pitt Farm facilities, including the tennis court, heated indoor swimming pool, games barn, zip wire, boules court, woodland and outdoor playground.
