6 Bedroom Cottage – Sleeps up to 12
Pelham is our largest cottage and is exceptionally spacious, making it perfect for large families or groups of friends wanting to be under one roof. It has its own sweeping driveway and a large sunny lawned garden and terrace. There is plenty of outside seating making it ideal for BBQs and al-fresco evening drinks.
Inside on the ground floor there is a large kitchen / breakfast room, a fantastic dining room, generous sitting room and a useful utility room (with washer / dryer and additional fridge space). This floor also boasts a large bedroom with a king-sized bed and seating area. There’s also a shower room and separate WC making it ideal for those with limited mobility.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, (one with en-suite bathroom and a balcony with wonderful views over the neighbouring fields), three twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Several of the upstairs bedrooms will accommodate a cot (but the overall capacity of the cottage is 12)
Pelham has arking for up to 3 cars. We can often accommodate extra vehicles in our car park should the need arise.
There is a large sloping garden (with private swings and picnic tables), a BBQ and a large table seating 12. Guests additionally have use of our facilities including our heated indoor swimming pool, boules court, woodland, tennis court, games barn and playground.
Starting November 2023, please be aware that three of our cottages are becoming dog friendly. While this cottage will not be allowing pets, please do contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

FAQs
How far are the cottages from Totnes town centre?
We are 9 miles from Totnes, 5 miles from Kingsbridge and 10 miles from Dartmouth.
Do all cottages include access to the indoor pool?
Yes, all guests have free use of our indoor heated swimming pool.
Are dogs welcome?
Three of our cottages are pet-friendly: Martingale, Mullen & Kimblewick.
Is there parking and EV charging?
Each cottage has sufficient parking for it's occupants and we can often accommodate extra vehicles in our car park by prior arrangement. There is no EV charging on-site.
What facilities are available for children?
We have a fantastic outdoor playground with a large trampoline, interactive climbing frame, zip-wire and more. Inside the Play barn, teens (and adults alike!) can enjoy table tennis, table football, and a two-player arcade video game. The heated swimming pool has floats, noodles and water toys. Children are welcome to join us every day, whatever the weather, to help us to feed our animals.
Are short breaks available outside peak season?
We typically offer Friday to Friday bookings, however if you cannot find (or are unable to book) the exact dates you are looking for, do drop us an email or give us a call on: 01548 521 234 as we may be able to give you greater flexibility than as set out in the calendar.
