Lavender-topped walls enclose Snaffle’s charming garden which catches the afternoon and evening sun – perfect to enjoy a drink or BBQ after a day exploring South Devon’s breathtaking beaches and bustling towns.
Inside Snaffle has everything you will need for your stay. The well equipped newly installed kitchen (2022) with Neff oven and quartz worktop overlooks the sunny garden and leads into a separate dining area and a very spacious sitting room.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (one with a new en suite shower room (2022)), two comfortable single bedrooms and a newly installed family bathroom (2022). One of the double rooms has space for a cot.
Guests have full use of all of the Pitt Farm facilities, including the indoor swimming pool, tennis court, games barn, zip wire, boules court, woodland and outdoor playground.
Starting November 2023, please be aware that three of our cottages are becoming dog friendly. While this cottage will not be allowing pets, please do contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

FAQs
How far are the cottages from Totnes town centre?
We are 9 miles from Totnes, 5 miles from Kingsbridge and 10 miles from Dartmouth.
Do all cottages include access to the indoor pool?
Yes, all guests have free use of our indoor heated swimming pool.
Are dogs welcome?
Three of our cottages are pet-friendly: Martingale, Mullen & Kimblewick.
Is there parking and EV charging?
Each cottage has sufficient parking for it's occupants and we can often accommodate extra vehicles in our car park by prior arrangement. There is no EV charging on-site.
What facilities are available for children?
We have a fantastic outdoor playground with a large trampoline, interactive climbing frame, zip-wire and more. Inside the Play barn, teens (and adults alike!) can enjoy table tennis, table football, and a two-player arcade video game. The heated swimming pool has floats, noodles and water toys. Children are welcome to join us every day, whatever the weather, to help us to feed our animals.
Are short breaks available outside peak season?
We typically offer Friday to Friday bookings, however if you cannot find (or are unable to book) the exact dates you are looking for, do drop us an email or give us a call on: 01548 521 234 as we may be able to give you greater flexibility than as set out in the calendar.
